Diagnosis
Mesoscutum and scutellum dark brown with golden-green tinges; mesoscutum with raised and weak reticulation, midlobe with posterior 1/3 with engraved and weak reticulation, notauli indistinct; propodeum with submedian grooves with weak sculpture and shiny; male scape white and inflated. See also inflatus and vogti.

From Taphrocerus sp. (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) on palms (Arecaceae).
Similar species in Lucid key
fraternus, but bryoscapus with thoracic dorsum dark brown with golden-green tinges.
